Yes. All constructions meet European standards (CE, ISO). We use eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions.

All our constructions (homes, offices and pools) come with a 15-year construction warranty. For the Mini Pool 004, the machine room has a 2-year warranty.

Delivery takes 60 days from your order.

We deliver your home or office fully finished and ready to use. Everything is included: electrics, plumbing, bathroom, kitchen, insulation, and windows and doors. Our homes are built to high specifications with durable materials, for permanent or holiday use.

Yes. Our homes are adapted to each client's needs, offices are built from 18 to 40 m², and we build larger structures to order.

Yes. Prefabricated structures such as homes and offices need a standard building permit. Our pools don't need a permit, because they are installed above ground.

No. Our pools are installed above ground with no major excavation, and they don't need a building permit. All they need is a suitable, stable base.

In gardens, yards and on rooftops, provided there is a suitable, stable base. The Mini Pool 004 is designed for rooftops, yards, gardens and offices.

Mirel Pools are built with a metal frame and reinforced panels, lined with a premium 3D liner. They are 100% earthquake-resistant, don't break or crack, and cost significantly less than concrete pools. Installation is fast, with no major excavation.

Every Mirel Pool comes fully equipped with filtration, skimmer, water inlet and suction system, electronics, LED lighting and a control panel. Mini Pools 003 and 004 include a machine room with filter and circulation motor, plus a heater for water up to 40°C.

Yes. The Mirel Mini Pool 003 can be upgraded to a spa/jacuzzi for an extra €2,000, and tile cladding costs an extra €1,500 (prices exclude VAT).

The professional version of the Mini Pool 004 is aimed at doctors, athletes and physiotherapists. It adds cryotherapy equipment for water temperatures from 4°C to 40°C, at €5,000 + VAT.
